We have deployed a hotfix to correct the display of enrollment history on the Client Profile.
10/23/2019 – MA Enrollments & Scope of Appointment
If you are having difficulty successfully submitting online enrollments, it may be due to an unsuccessful attempt or multiple attempts to complete the online Scope of Appointment for the client. If you ATTEMPT to complete an online scope for a client and do not successfully complete the scope (abandon the process before receiving the docusign success message), the system will prevent you from submitting an online enrollment for that client. If you start an online scope (click “Yes” in the SOA pop-up window), you MUST complete it successfully in order to submit the enrollment online. This is true for ALL carriers.
